Prop Modelling & Miniatures

Here’s a range of my projects from the last few years, from a miniature vampire hunting kit to a giant plush D20.

Makinarium “Inside The Prop Workshop” Course piece

I did Makinarium‘s Inside the Prop Workshop online course and learned a lot! Their design reminded me of patchwork so I wanted to make this prop look as if it had been used, broken, and mended repeatedly with whatever scraps were available. To do this, I used wood in addition to the ABS, and created different levels of damage to the various pieces, alongside using physical screws I had left over. Box design is © 2026 Makinarium UK Ltd.

Miniature Vampire Hunting Kit (1:12)

I adapted a box and used a wide range of materials to create the parts of this tiny vampire hunting kit, including garlic, stakes, and silver bullets – for all your tiny vampire hunting needs.

Graveyard in a Bottle (1:100)

Experiments in tininess – this is mostly clay, paint, and glue, inside a small glass bottle. Also features the undersides of the coffins if you look underneath!

Other Projects

Not everything can have its own section – here’s some props and other bits I’ve made over the years, from personal projects to odd show props.

Straw dolls (Frankenstein, 2023)
Quilted bag
Dead body (The Bond, 2017)
Christmas tree in a bottle
Clay pipe (Nell Gwynn, 2017)

TTRPG Projects

I’m an avid player of D&D and other TTRPGs, when scheduling permits. Here are a few of the projects I’ve made over the years inspired by dice & roleplaying.

Rainbow dice box – engraved, stained, painted, and lined
Dice jail – built, engraved, textured, and painted
Giant plush D20 – appliquéd and hand stitched
